Store Policies

Payments
For payment, I accept Paypal, credit cards which can be paid through paypal, checks and money orders. I`m sorry, but I no long accept "cash on delivery." All payments must be received before I make your bag. Thank you for understanding.

Custom Orders

A Touch of Tabitha gladly welcomes custom orders! If you see something you like, but would like to change a few things, that's no problem.

Delivery time should be from 1-3 weeks, depending on my workload. If you need your item by a certain date, please email me regarding that prior to ordering.

If new fabric is needed to make your custom order, that is fine. However, I do not purchase fabric that is more than $10 per yard. I also require full payment before I purchase any fabric. If you are paying by check, I do not order fabric until the check clears. This greatly slows down the production process. Please be advised that it may take up to 3 weeks to receive your bag. Thank you!

With our custom orders, you have the choice of fabric, lining, number of pockets, handle length and bag closure, depending on the size of bag you want. I use my own standard pattern for my all bags. I am willing to make a new pattern for you if you want a different size bag. Please note, however, that there is a $5 fee to make a new pattern.
Shipping

I ship all my items with First Class USPS unless notified immediately that you want another shipping method. We have a flat rate shipping cost of $3.95.

I try to ship all ready-made items immediately. However, sometimes it takes a day or two to get it in the mail. You should receive your ready-made item within 7-10 business days. For custom made orders, please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.

A Touch of Tabitha cannot be responsible for loss or damages incurred during shipping. We gladly offer shipping insurance for an additional $1.65 if requested.

Production

All of our items are made from high quality fabrics and trimmings. I will always strive to make the best possible product for my customers with quality craftsmanship. I am very particular about the things I make and give careful attention to detail. I will not sell anything unless I believe it is a product of excellence.

ALL of our bags are DOUBLE STITCHED for extra durability. Each seam is double checked to make sure they are secure.

Each bag is made with heavyweight interfacing and is ironed and starched after it is made to give it a crisp appearance. Even with the interfacing, please note that most of our bags are not free standing. Do we really need that anyway? :)

For our customers with allergies: Please note that all our products are made and stored in a smoke free and pet free environment.

Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your item, you may return it to me for a full refund if it is returned within 14 days of the invoice date. After 14 days, you will receive a store credit, but only if the item is in it`s original, new condition.

It is my goal to make all my customers happy with their purchases. Please email me immediately if you are unhappy with your item. I want to make it right!
